From the first phone call, provider was not professional. Voicemail isn’t a business-type message and owner answers “Hello.” In my opinion that is not a good representation of a business. Tech did come out promptly, however the issue was not fixed. After that point, it just got worse and worse. Not only did technician (and possibly owner) proceed to argue with me about how *I* misdiagnosed the dishwasher, but he would not answer or return any calls about fixing it. He didn’t respond to home warranty’s company request for further info and when I finally reached him was told sorry my truck is broken. Needless to say, I was reassigned a new company.

Excellent work, highly recommend. Dealt with a GE refrigerator issue with Sears for 15 days and Mshihiri Mustap solved the problem right away. Coils were iced up and fridge not cooling below 60. Sears replaced a defrost thermostat and 15 days later still not fixed. After the second service call to Sears cancelled 20 mins before arrival, I reached out to Josh's Appliance repair, left a message and within an hour got a call back. He told me he could fit me in for the next day no problem and it would be and easy fix from the details I gave him. Sure enough the fridge is back to normal after replacing the defrost heater and I am very pleased with this company's attentiveness and reasonable pricing. The service was far better than dealing with a larger company as well as being quick,... professional and local. Meanwhile Sears couldn't get me an appointment for 7 days. So long Sears!!!!! I am absolutely going to use this company from now on. Thank you very much for the quick response especially during the pandemic.read more

I had an issue with my Freezer ice maker. This place was very responsive and pricing was excellent. If you are looking for someone to do a great job and are very friendly this is the place to call. Again the cost si very reasonable.

Outstanding service!! After a power outage in my neighborhood my refrigerator stopped cooling. Contacted Josh's Appliance Repair early on Saturday AM and he came right out, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair promptly. Fair prices too. Highly recommend!!

We contracted Josh's Appliance Repair and all I can say is WOW! The repairman, Mustapher, was right on time, spent a small amount of time fixing our dryer. It took less than 15 hours from our initial contact to it being fixed. It needed a new heater and he showed me the break when he took the old one out. Mustapher was efficient, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and so nice I wanted to invite him for dinner. 🙂 He IS THE BEST. All of these good things and to top it off, the price was extremely reasonable. Josh's deserves a 5 star rating on Google from us.

My dishwasher wasn't draining, so I had a tech come to check it out. The tech was very friendly, he showed me the part the broke and how much it would cost to repair, and then repaired it on the spot. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes! If I run into another problem, I'll definitely be using this service again.

Impressed with their quick response, easy to set up an appointment online, and the communication is amazing. Was available the next morning & diagnosed dryer. Very nice tech...will definitely recommend Josh's to my family, friends & clients.

I’ve been waiting weeks to have my washing machine repaired. They came out and determined I needed another part. They said it would take 3-4 days to get in. Two weeks later and I still don’t have a functioning washer. If you need something fixed quickly, I would not recommend this company. They tried to blame it on Samsung, but to be honest I feel like they forgot to order the part. I hate giving poor ratings, but you should be aware.

I rarely write 5 star reviews, but Moustaffer deserves it. On a Saturday afternoon our fridge stopped working (but freezer fine) and Sears and BGE home couldn't see us for 4-10 days, at a cost of more than $100 to just walk in the door. I called Josh's after reading the reviews, Moustaffer answered and told me to text him the address. 90 minutes later, he was on his way. He fixed it temporarily, but it needed a timer. Monday he picked up the timer and had everything finished for an incredible price. I was worried a small company might pad the bill, but what I paid for a diagnosis, part, and installation was far cheaper than I imagined. I would've been willing to pay more for how quickly he reached me on a weekend. I am so truly grateful and impressed💞

They came from Pulse to fix my fridge and they ended up working for Josh appliance repair. They charged me 189.00 but my fridge is not working yet. It has worsened. I felt completely foolished by this company. Terrible!

A first-class, five-star plus experience all around. My refrigerator stopped working at one of the worst possible times-- a Saturday. Josh's and Mustapher quickly responded to my request for help and arrived during the afternoon to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the part was unavailable until Monday. He kept in touch to let me know when the part arrived, when he would come back, and then worked tirelessly with his very nice partner to repair my refrigerator and make sure I was happy. Mustapher is so kind, friendly, professional, thorough, hard-working, and cares about his work and about providing great customer service. Even though having a broken refrigerator over the weekend was stressful, Mustapher and Josh's made it much easier. I highly recommend Josh's Appliance Repair!

Excellent customer service, he was able to come out the same day that we called with a fridge problem. When my wife asked how to remove a shelf for cleaning, not only did he remove the shelf but he also cleaned and reassembled it. I would recommended them to anyone for there next appliance repair.

Our Samsung refrigerator went down and Mustafa came out, diagnosed the problem, got the part, and repaired. Unfortunately there was a 2nd non-noted issue with the icemaker, so he came back, on his time and replaced that part as well. Now fridge working like it's brand new. Really appreciate his positive attitude and work ethic. I hated calling him on a weekend to schedule, especially when I could hear his kids in the background, but same great attitude and he was flexible with our work schedule. Happy to recommend and continue to use in the future.

The work was done quickly and professionally. We had a Samsung refrigerator that needed fixing. Part was not available, but Mustapher was able to order it and get it installed during the time stated. He was very courteous and professional. Work was done on schedule and I was kept in the loop on the status the whole time. These guys do excellent work and i would highly recommend them.
